Acceptance of Terms:
By engaging the services provided by Valentine Detail, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Automotive Detailing Terms of Service. These terms are subject to change, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly.
Services Provided:
Valentine Detail offers automotive detailing services, including but not limited to washing, waxing, polishing, interior cleaning, and detailing. Services are performed to the best of our abilities, and we strive for the highest quality results.
Customer Responsibilities:
Customers are responsible for the following:
Providing accurate and complete information about the vehicle to be detailed.
Removing personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle prior to the service.
Disclosing any pre-existing damage or issues with the vehicle.
Chemical Use:
Valentine Detail utilizes a range of cleaning and detailing products. While we make every effort to use industry-standard and safe products, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens or irritants. If you have known allergies or sensitivities, please inform us in advance. We are not responsible for any adverse reactions to the chemicals used.
Damages:
While we take great care when servicing your vehicle, there is a risk of damage when performing automotive detailing. Valentine Detail is not liable for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle or any damage that may occur during the detailing process. We will, however, take all reasonable precautions to prevent damage.
Pre-Existing Damage:
Valentine Detail is not responsible for any pre-existing damage or issues with the vehicle that may become more apparent during the detailing process. We recommend that you notify us of any pre-existing damage before we commence the service.
Sanding and Polishing:
Sanding and polishing may be included in certain detailing packages to address imperfections in the vehicle's finish. These processes are performed with care, but they carry some risk of minor paint damage. We will not be held responsible for any damages that may occur during these processes.
Payment:
Payment for services is due in full upon completion of the detailing service. We accept various payment methods, as specified in your invoice.
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours of notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
Privacy and Security:
We respect your privacy and maintain strict confidentiality regarding your personal information and the details of your vehicle.
Customer Satisfaction:
